By accessing or using RashiGlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
RashiGlow provides:
- Vedic astrology birth chart calculations (Janma Patrika)
- AI-powered chat guidance (Glow Guru)
- Daily horoscope and astrological insights
- Knowledge hub with astrology content
- Subscription-based premium features
3. Account Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use RashiGlow
- You must provide accurate birth information for chart calculations
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
4. Subscription and Payments
- Free Tier: Limited features, 5 Glow Guru chats per day
- Premium/Pro Tiers: Subscription-based with monthly or yearly billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are subject to platform policies (Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe)
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with notice
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use RashiGlow for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our services
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Abuse or harass other users
- Use automated tools to access our services
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, and code in RashiGlow is our property or licensed to us
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Astrology calculations use traditional Vedic principles (Brihat Parashara)
- Your birth data remains your property
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RashiGlow is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on astrological guidance
- We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of RashiGlow or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
- You may delete your account at any time through app settings
- Upon termination, your access to premium features ends immediately
- We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
